pak888 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to processing any withdrawal. You consent to providing identity documentation including, but not limited to, a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership.
All pak888 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits may be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used by the account holder for deposits, or to a verified account in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

pak888 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Where fraud or misuse is suspected, pak888 may freeze account balances pending investigation.
All bets and wagers placed on pak888 are final and irrevocable once confirmed. pak888 shall not be responsible for errors made by users in placing bets, including incorrect amounts, selections, or bet types.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak888 shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
pak888 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur. pak888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.
The pak888 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. pak888 does not warrant the accuracy of any odds, market information, or game RTP data.
